Coastal Plain Therapy & Wellness is a speech, physical, and occupational therapy and wellness service provider. We aim to remove the barriers that make effective therapy difficult to complete, and allow you to receive the care and attention you deserve in the comfort of our office or your assisted living facility (ALF).

OUR "WHY"
Specialized therapy services should not be inaccessible to those residing in rural communities. Quality, high-standard care should be expected when a loved one is experiencing changes in functioning or independence no matter one’s zip code. The ability to eat, drink, move, and communicate with those around us is vital to our overall health and well-being. We aim to provide these services throughout the Southeast Georgia area. As the area’s only neuro-focused therapy group providing mobile services as well as in-office imaging, we are able to provide evidence-based and individualized services to improve you or your loved one’s quality of life.​

We know the fastest way to recovery is with individualized attention, that's why you'll always get the care that is tailored to your specific needs. We also know that the biggest improvements happen when the patient can follow through with their exercises at home. By working with patients on their most functional activites, we can help eliminate many of the barriers that prevent follow-through and exercise adherence.
